Our requests:

The Glacier Garden is home to many treasures and valuable objects. It is our job to present and preserve them. We would like to ask for your assistance by preparing your students for this visit and informing them about the important roles our museum has. In particular, we request that you observe the following points:

  • School classes and youth groups may only enter the Glacier Garden accompanied by a teacher or other responsible adult.
  • Teachers and other adults accompanying groups are required to supervise their groups at all times while visiting the Glacier Garden. Our staff is happy to assist you with any questions or requests you may have.
  • Backpacks not containing valuables can be placed on a shelf at the museum.
  • Entry to the Mirror Maze is strictly without backpacks and only under supervision of the accompanying adult.
  • You are welcome to enjoy your own picnic and use the tables provided on the summer terrace.
  • Please keep noise-levels low and avoid any disturbances to other visitors.
  • Breakage of any mirrors or other museum items are to be reported immediately to any of our staff.

Your contribution: Your visit helps us preserve our unique exhibits. We thank you for your interest, understanding and cooperation.
